During live broadcasts, Selmo recognizes viewer comments that contain product codes (e.g., "Selmo 10"). When a customer enters the code, they receive an SMS with an order summary and a payment link. All orders are then sent to your Selmo dashboard—just like with Facebook sales.
After enabling the integration in the Selmo dashboard, you'll receive a unique registration link. Paste it in your bio, i.e., in the description of your TikTok profile. This will allow your customers to connect with your store, and Selmo will automatically recognize their comments with product codes. 💡 Note: To add a link in your bio, you must have a TikTok Business Account.
Customers only need to connect their TikTok profile to the Selmo store once by clicking the link in the bio and registering their phone number and username. After this registration, they can place orders without any additional steps.
Yes! The principle is the same. During your stream, simply say or show your customers the product code (e.g., "Selmo 10") so they can conveniently place their order in the comments.
With the Selmo app, you can broadcast simultaneously to Facebook and Instagram from a single device. However, due to TikTok limitations, broadcasts on this platform must be done from a separate device (e.g., a second phone or tablet).
