Selmo is a platform for handling the sales process conducted through sales broadcasts and Facebook Messenger.

I run an online boutique. Is Selmo the tool for me?

Selmo is used by live sellers, i.e. stores that conduct live sales broadcasts (so-called live commerce or live shopping) and sell their goods via Messenger. If you have an online boutique and sell live on Facebook (or sell via Messenger without live streaming), Selmo was created just for you!

How does Selmo work?

Selmo allows you to effectively manage sales and customer communication processes. Our platform combines with Messenger to create a special Messenger for sellers. You talk to the customer directly on Messenger or via Selmo, and the platform provides functionalities that allow you to easily summarize the order, collect shipping data, make payments and generate a transport label. In addition, you always know which orders are ready to be shipped, because all their statuses are updated on a regular basis.

What value does Selmo give to my shop/boutique customers?

Selmo offers ready-made messages and order summary forms that allow you to speed up communication with the buyer. Thanks to Selmo, the customer fills in the shipping data himself and chooses the delivery method (e.g. InPost parcel locker, DPD courier, DHL courier), he can also easily pay for the order (e.g. fast transfer, BLIK, standard transfer) or choose cash on delivery. The whole process is therefore more efficient, thanks to which the goods reach the customer faster.

Do I need to broadcast live on Facebook to use Selmo?

Absolutely not. Live selling on Facebook is just one of the sales channels that Selmo supports. You can also use our platform when you run a boutique and contact clients via Messenger, but do not broadcast live.
