Users can post and read reviews about Sellers.

We inform you that we take steps to verify whether reviews come from Users who have actually concluded transactions with Sellers. To this end, we provide functionality that allows users to add reviews about a given Seller only to those Users who have concluded a transaction with that Seller at least once within Selmo.

A review consists of a graphic element (in the form of a number of stars awarded; from 1-5 stars) or a written review and constitutes solely the User's subjective assessment (opinion). Under no circumstances do we post or commission the posting of false reviews, and we do not distort or commission third parties to distort reviews in order to promote Sellers.

Users receive access to all reviews of Sellers (both positive and negative), except for reviews removed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions or at the request of the User (review author).

We reserve the right to remove reviews:

1. that are unlawful or inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions,
2. that constitute an evaluation of Products or Sellers expressed in exchange for a benefit offered or obtained from the Seller or another entity (e.g., a discount, a free gift, a discount on a subsequent purchase),
3. that contain typos, spelling errors, or grammatical errors if these errors significantly impair the ability to read and interpret the review,
4. that are mistakenly posted to the wrong Seller,
5. that are posted with the intention of artificially inflating or deflating the Seller's rating.
The average rating is calculated based on the arithmetic mean of all reviews for a given Product, excluding reviews removed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions or at the request of the User (review author).

All reviews are displayed by their publication date (from newest to oldest).
